This site collects very little, because it is built to do very little with your data. Here is the whole picture, in plain language.

Scope

This policy covers apex-intelligence.co, the corporate site of Apex Intelligence AI Inc. Our operating companies run their own sites and publish their own policies for the products and services they operate: apex-intel.co (Apex AI LLC), digi-mkt.co (Digi Mkt LLC), and apex-pay.co (Apex Pay). What happens on those sites is governed by their policies, not this one.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no web forms, and no checkout. There are exactly three ways information about you reaches us:

Email you send

If you write to support@apex-intel.co, we receive your email address, anything you put in the message, and your name if you sign it. That is the only information you can actively give us through this site.

Server logs

Standard web server records: IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure that serves the site.

Analytics

If we measure site traffic, it is aggregate, page-level measurement — which pages are viewed and how often. We do not use analytics to build profiles of individual visitors.

How we use it

Email is used to answer you and, where relevant, to route your request to the right operating company within the group — that routing is the stated purpose of the group inbox. Server logs and analytics are used to keep the site available, secure, and worth maintaining. That is the complete list. We do not use information from this site for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information shared beyond Apex Intelligence AI Inc goes only to the group's operating companies (to answer the request you sent) and to the service providers listed below (to run the site), or where the law requires it.

SMS / text messaging

Some of our services send SMS text messages — for example, operational notifications and lead alerts to business owners and staff who have opted in to receive them. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected directly by us, only from people who have agreed to receive messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages themselves.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further. See our SMS messaging terms for full program details.

Third-party services

The site runs on a small, named stack. Each provider processes some traffic data as part of doing its job, under its own privacy policy:

Vercel

Hosts and serves the site. Processes requests and holds the server logs described above.

Cloudflare

Provides DNS and traffic protection. Sees connection metadata for requests to the site.

Google Fonts

Serves the site's typefaces. Your browser requests font files directly from Google's servers, which is a standard web request from your IP address.

Your data, your requests

Email support@apex-intel.co from the address in question and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Given how little this site collects, most requests come down to correspondence you sent us — and we will handle those requests directly, without a form or a portal.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. The date at the top of the page is always current.
