Apex Intelligence AI Inc · Operating companies
The operating companies
Apex Intelligence AI Inc holds three businesses: Apex AI LLC, Digi Mkt LLC, and Apex Pay. Each has its own entity, its own customers, and its own P&L — they are companies, not departments wearing one logo. The parent exists to hold them, to enforce one operating standard across them, and to move what one learns to the other two. This page says what each company does, for whom, and how the three fit together.
01 · Apex AI LLC
Apex AI
The product lab. Apex AI builds AI software that ships: agent systems, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and internal tools.
Source lives in GitHub. Deploys run on Vercel, with previews and rollback. Domains sit behind Cloudflare. Every project operates through miOS, so the work leaves a record — what was decided, what deployed, who verified it live.
Product / 01
miOS
The operating layer under everything the group ships. Agent workspaces with memory, verification, and proof of work — a decision made in March is still findable, with its evidence, in September. Every Apex company runs its projects through it.
Product / 02
AutoScope
Scoping made mechanical. AutoScope turns a loose request into a written brief — the ask, the deliverable, and the constraint that makes it hard — before any design or build hours get spent. It is the group's own Ask step, productized.
Product / 03
WriteWell
Writing held to a standard. WriteWell corrects and tightens text in place, wherever the work is happening. It was built for the writing a business actually produces — briefs, proposals, reporting — not blank-page prose.
02 · Digi Mkt LLC
Digi Mkt
The growth company. Done-for-you: Digi Mkt runs the whole path from cold market to booked meeting, and is accountable for the pipeline — not for activity reports.
Four channels, run as one system. The outbound list, the ad spend, the search presence, and the website all point at the same offer and report into the same numbers.
Case study — one engagement, stated plainly
An independent Maryland dealership.
The dealership put $5,500 into Google Ads and SEO with Digi Mkt. The work returned $38.6K. These are the numbers from that one engagement, in that one market — not a composite, and not a promise of the same result elsewhere.
03 · Apex Pay — DBA Apex Intelligence AI
Apex Pay
The payment layer, run as a hosted provider. Merchants come onto flows we operate — they do not get handed an integration project and a documentation link.
Apex Pay does business as Apex Intelligence AI. It exists because the group sells things, and a sale that isn't collected and reconciled isn't a sale. The same discipline is offered to merchants outside the group.
Area / 01
Merchant onboarding
The path from application to first live transaction, run for the merchant rather than left to them. The merchant answers the questions; Apex Pay runs the process and says what happens next.
Area / 02
Hosted payment flows
Checkout and payment pages Apex Pay hosts and operates. The merchant gets a working flow on day one, and sensitive payment entry stays off the merchant's own stack.
Area / 03
Reconciliation & visibility
A live book of business, kept reconciled as it runs: what was charged, what settled, what needs attention. Standing operational visibility — not a spreadsheet exercise at month end.
The loop
Pipeline, product, payments.
Three companies is not a portfolio choice. It is the shape of a sale, owned end to end.
01 → Pipeline
Digi Mkt fills it
Demand arrives on purpose. Outbound, paid media, and search put people who match the offer in front of it — and book the meeting.
02 → Product
Apex AI catches it
The pipeline lands on software that works: the platform, the portal, the booking flow. Built in GitHub, deployed on Vercel, verified live through miOS.
03 → Payments
Apex Pay collects it
The sale gets taken on hosted flows and reconciled as it settles. Revenue becomes a recorded fact, not an estimate in a report.
Then it loops. Payment data shows which campaigns produced revenue rather than clicks, and that finding goes back into the pipeline in the same release cycle — because all three companies report through the same spine. That handoff is the operating model, and it is the part a single-discipline vendor cannot offer.
Entities
The same facts, on paper.
The structure was formalized in 2026. Restated here because partners, processors, and counterparties ask.
